This performance is an electronic ticket admission (excluding some advance tickets). Charging at the venue is not possible. If the electronic ticket display is difficult due to lack of battery, you will not be able to enter, so please come to the venue with a sufficient charge.

<About bringing support goods to the tour venue>
In principle, we do not allow customers to bring in support goods (penlights, flags, character boards, etc.) regardless of whether they are self-made or commercially available.
However, it is possible to bring the items into the venue only in the following cases.
(1) Red Velvet Official merchandise sold inside the live venue held in Japan, and official merchandise sold at the Korean performance.
(2) At the height of your chest, you can hold it in your hand and support it.
* As for (2), it is annoying to the passengers in the back during the performance, so you cannot use it with a fan above the height of your chest.
In addition, we are prohibited from bringing in support goods that use images of artists.
On the day of the performance, if you have goods that do not meet the conditions that you can bring in, the staff will keep them at the entrance and return them after the performance.
Please use carry-on goods within the range that does not disturb other customers.
Please note that if you do not comply with the above, the entrance may be restricted or you may be exited at the discretion of the organizer.
In addition, there are people who produce, sell and distribute goods that use the logo of "Red Velvet" or the images of artists without permission, but this is not official (official) goods. I don't care. Some people may confuse it with the official one, so please refrain from making, selling, or distributing it.
<About viewing at the venue>
During the performance, please do not move your seat or standing position or move forward. If any one person moves his/her seat or standing position, it may bother other people and cause an injury or a serious accident.
<About shooting, recording and recording>
It is forbidden by law to shoot, record, or record on-site during opening or performance. If you shoot, record, or record, you will be left even during the performance. In addition, we may disclose personal information when we receive a formal inquiry based on the law from a public institution such as a court or police station.
If you find someone who is violating near you, please let the staff know on the spot. Even if you tell us after the performance, it may be difficult to respond.

The organizer also takes measures such as sending it to the police, but since there are people who purchase it, we can not prevent illegal acts, so please cooperate.

In some cases, customers are calling for their own plans within the event.
Please do not stop it as it may interfere with the performance of the performance.
If it is too bad, there is a possibility that the performance will be suspended or canceled. Please note.
