*Regardless of the reason, tickets for the performance cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded after purchase. Please understand this in advance.
 
As of May 8, 2023, the government's "Basic Policy for Countermeasures against Novel Coronavirus Infection" has been abolished, so the decision regarding infection control measures such as wearing masks is now left to the individual.
During the performance, please be considerate of other audience members by observing cough etiquette and other appropriate behaviors.
 
■ How to receive your tickets
*A smartphone compatible with the dedicated smartphone app "AnyPASS" is required to receive the item.
*Tickets can only be received on the mobile phone number registered in the "Mobile Phone Number (AnyPASS Ticketing)" field of your customer information when applying.
(Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number used at the time of purchase.)
Please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number before the performance date, as you will not be able to receive your tickets using any other mobile phone number.
Changing your phone model while keeping the same phone number is not a problem.
*For this performance, each person will need one ticket to enter. Please use AnyPASS to distribute tickets to your companions.
Please note that tickets reserved for the applicant cannot be distributed or transferred to others.
When your companion receives the tickets, they will also need to download and register for AnyPASS (free of charge).
When applying, please ensure that all participants in this event have a smartphone with one of the supported operating systems listed below and capable of SMS authentication.
*If you arrive without having received your payment, you may experience delays in entering the venue.
Please ensure that you distribute tickets and register and receive tickets for your companions' AnyPASS accounts before arriving at the venue.
*If you purchase tickets for the same performance date and time multiple times under the same name and phone number, one ticket will remain in your possession for each purchase. The remaining tickets are for the purchaser's use only. Please note that they cannot be used or used for entry by anyone else.
