"2025 IRENE & SEULGI Concert Tour [ BALANCE ] in JAPAN" CD Sales Booth Information
To commemorate the holding of the "2025 IRENE & SEULGI Concert Tour [BALANCE] in JAPAN", we will be selling CDs.
Customers who purchase products at the venue's sales booth will receive a venue-exclusive bonus: a trading card (one of two types chosen randomly) and a by drawing lots ticket!
Winners of by drawing lots will receive a luxurious prize!

For each product purchased, you will receive one trading card (one of two types chosen at random) and one by drawing lots ticket!

*The designs of the original Polaroid photo and autographed trading cards will be given out randomly.
*If you win by drawing lots, please be sure to come to the CD sales booth during operating hours on the day of distribution. If you bring a winning ticket on a day other than the distribution day, your winning ticket will be invalid.

■ September 24th (Wednesday), 2025 Pre-sale: 14:00-17:00, from the time the doors open until after the show ends
■ September 25th (Thurs), 2025 Pre-sale: 14:00-16:30, from the time the doors open until after the show ends
*Sales may be temporarily suspended before the doors open in preparation for the opening.
*Ticket sales after the show are scheduled to begin approximately 30 minutes after the show ends. Sales will end as soon as the line ends.
*People who do not have tickets to the performance can also use the CD sales booth, but please note that there may be times when sales are temporarily suspended or purchases by people without tickets are restricted due to preparations for the doors opening.

・All products and bonuses are limited in number. Sales will end once the limit is reached.
・ by drawing lots tickets and trading cards will not be reissued for any reason. Please be sure to check the number of cards you have when you receive them.
・Even if you do not have a performance ticket, you can purchase tickets at the venue.
・Please note that the start time of sales may change depending on the congestion situation on the day.
・Depending on the congestion situation on the day, we may set a limit on the amount per transaction.
・Payment methods include cash, credit card, QR code, and electronic money.
・Please be sure to check the items, quantity, and price you have purchased on the spot. Please note that we cannot respond to any declarations or inquiries made after you have left the sales floor, under any circumstances.
